Welcome to our "villa philosophy" and the team.

The Owners

Hi, we are Stephen and Linda, after years of staying in villa in the canaries, we got fed up not finding exactly what we wanted in any of them. So we saved our pennies, and we purchased Villa Brisa Soleado. We then spent more time and money making sure it ticked every box we thought it needed, to be a wonderful luxury family holiday villa, that won't break the bank. We run a continuous maintenance programme and when we can think of them, improvements (mostly the ideas come from our guests to be honest). We can promise you we work very hard to ensure that you will have a fantastic stay with us.

We operate a Fixed cost system, where we include everything we provide to you at a fixed cost with no hidden extras. Things like pool towels, pool heating, a welcome pack all come included in the price we quote you, with no nasty hidden extras.

The Management

As we do not live on the island, we employ what we consider to be the best management company on the island to help ensure your stay is wonderful.

Lynn and Jim from Weir Villa Management, have been in the "biz" for a while now, and they just love villa management, everything from cleaning to meeting the guests (which at the mo is a bit of a problem with Covid), I know it sounds too good to be true, but they actually love it.

They and we, work very hard to make sure everything runs smoothly for your stay, but if that unexpected thing happens, worry not, Lynn and Jim will be there to save the day.
